Abstract:
This research project aims to explore the potential of natural products as sources of novel antibiotics. The rise of antibiotic resistance has become a global health crisis, necessitating the discovery of new antimicrobial agents. Natural products, derived from plants, microorganisms, and marine organisms, have historically been a rich source of bioactive compounds with antimicrobial properties. This study will employ a combination of screening, isolation, and characterization techniques to identify and evaluate natural products for their antibiotic activity. The findings from this research will contribute to the discovery of new antibiotics and the development of strategies to combat antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Chapter 1: Introduction
